Here’s a little more about how I think and work.

I’ve built a career around ideas that earn attention, trust, and results — usually in that order. I’m drawn to problems that don’t have obvious answers, and teams that want to push past “good enough.” I love the energy of building something new — and the process of turning a strong idea into work that actually lands.

I started as an art director and fell in love with writing along the way. Over time, the line between the two disappeared, which has shaped how I lead creative today. I’m hands-on when it matters, opinionated when it helps, and always focused on clarity, craft, and collaboration.

When I’m not working, I’m splitting time between my family, football, movies, bourbon, and the Peloton — not always in that order, and rarely all at once.
